The first component of IT Vision planning is to send an engineer onsite to your location. That engineer will spend time in your IT environment with your professionals gathering data about the state of your hardware and software, known or recurring issues, and any other relevant data. In the final stage of an IT Strategic Vision Project, that data will be compiled and compared against data from the next component.
The second component of your personalized IT Vision project is an onsite visit by one of our executive professionals. The executive’s goal while onsite will be to meet with company leaders and assess the company’s goals and objectives as they relate to IT.
In the final component, these two sets of data, the current state of the IT environment and the company’s IT goals and objectives, will be compared and combined to form a comprehensive document outlining a personalized IT Strategic Vision Plan for your company.
