Healthcare Systems Trainer/Analyst

Key Functions of the Job:

· Provide project coordination & management, software implementation, and project follow-up.
· Present clinical training programs using identified learning objectives and selected instructional methodologies for specified software modules.
· Customize systems to integrate with client’s existing environment.
· Document all aspects of the project, including client’s workflow and processes, change management and lessons learned.
· Ensure client objectives are met on time and within budget.
· Provide ongoing technical support and solutions to client software problems.
· Resolve software questions/issues by clarifying the client’s question, determining the issue to be resolved, selecting and explaining solutions, expediting correction or adjustment and following up to ensure resolution.
· Maintain and expand knowledge base in area of expertise.

Qualifications:
· 5+ years healthcare technical training (software/IT), healthcare software product implementation and/or support, healthcare IT management, the appropriate functional healthcare experience (clinical, revenue cycle, resource management, etc.), and/or healthcare IT consulting experience.
· General understanding of adult education principles.
· Strong teaching and facilitation skills, in physical and/or virtual classrooms.
· Experience with clinical software systems and their implementation and training. HealthMedx software experience a plus but not required.
· Software implementation experience.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to travel approximately 40% - 50%.

Senior Engineering Consultant

This position is targeted towards service delivery to external commercial and senior living clients. We require significant experience in the industry, as well as certification in at least 2 of the following areas:

· SAN Storage (DataCore preferred; any SAN experience considered)
· VMware VCP
· Microsoft MCITP / MCSE (2008 certifications, Exchange are preferred)
· Citrix / Microsoft terminal services platforms

In addition, the candidate will have strong communication, technical writing, and documentation skills. Be prepared to submit an example of documentation / technical writing.

Our Senior Consultants design, deliver, and optimize solutions for our clients, primarily focusing on storage and virtualization solutions. We also deliver terminal services-based and VDI desktop services, messaging services, and general Active Directory and security solutions.
